This addition makes product custom options dependent. So you can set different size for different gender. Or display the file upload field if a customer wants to upload a sample.
This extension has "Option Templates" and dataflow .csv Import / Export features. So you can create a template and then apply it to multiple products at once.
Also you can upload images and add HTML note or description to an option.
