This addition makes product custom options dependent. It works for simple and bundle products. You can make custom options dependent on bundle items and vice versa. It is possible to add images, notes, descriptions to options.

This extension has the "Import options from other product" feature. So you can copy options from one product to another.
Also there is option relations .csv import / export feature to transfer data to another website.
