With this extension you can make custom options dependent on configurable options and vice versa.
It is possible to upload images and add notes, descriptions to custom options and configurable options.

This extension has "Import options from other product" feature.
So you can copy options from one product to another.

Also there is CSV import / export feature to transfer data to another website.
